All birthday parties are 2 hours long which includes 1.5 hours of climbing fun followed by 30 minutes in your own private party room.

Cancellation/Change Policies:
- Cancellations 30 days or more before an event receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 15–30 days before an event receive a 50% refund, or the ability to reschedule with no extra fee.
